Urbi et Orbi
The Sage worse for wear after the festivities
Not having a balcony or an adjacent St. Peter's Piazza I am delivering my MMX New Year Greetings on the Blogosphere this year.
A year's end (marked this year by a Blue Moon) is a bit like an Irish Alcoholic drowning in a vat of Guinness, it dies with mixed feelings. We take stock of what has been lost, what has been gained, what almost happened and what almost didn't happen.
So I look forward to 2010 and thank you for being there, go boldly forth and live long and prosper.
Or as my fav. poet once said;
Think where man's glory most begins and ends
And say my glory was I had such friends.
William Butler Yeats
